레일클릭 티켓환불 방법

• 티켓 취소 및 환불은 환불이 가능한 요금만 가능하며 이러한 규정은 각 나라의 철도청에서 규정하기 때문에 저희 레일클릭은 해당 규정에 따라 환불을 진행합니다. 
• 티켓 취소는 받으신 컨펌메일 내, 환불링크를 통해 진행 가능합니다. 
• 만약 환불링크가 활성화 되어있지 않다면 환불 불가 티켓이며 환불이 불가능합니다. 
• 환불 불가 티켓이지만 티켓만 취소가 가능한 티켓도 있으니 취소 전 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 
• 환불가능 티켓임에도 환불링크가 비활성화 되어있다면 레일클릭 한국지사로 연락주시기 바랍니다. 
• 고객의 부주의로 취소된 경우, 티켓을 다시 되살릴 수 없으니 취소 시 신중히 취소 하시기 바랍니다. 
• 환불은 약 1~2주 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.

독일철도 환불규정

Cancellations are subject to the fare type chosen and your options are listed below:

• Flexpreis: These tickets can be cancelled and fully refunded until the day before departure. Refunds requested on the day of departure will incur a €19 fee. Tickets are valid for the entire day.
• Sparpreis: These tickets can be cancelled until the day before departure paying a €19 fee. Tickets are only valid for the selected train.
• Super Sparpreis: These tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Tickets are only valid for the selected train.
