The information entered during the booking process is used to generate your tickets automatically. Unfortunately, once a booking has been completed, it is not possible to change this information.
In general, a minor error, such as a mix-up of your first and last names or a typographical error, should not cause you any problems. Staff on trains are aware that mistakes can occur when purchasing tickets online. However, as a search and booking platform, we cannot guarantee that tickets with incorrect information will be valid.
If you have any concerns about the passenger details, we recommend contacting the railway directly to see if your ticket will be accepted. The name of the railway is printed on your ticket.
Generally, if your name is very long and doesn’t appear completely on the train ticket, don’t worry, it’s normal because you can only introduce a certain number of letters.
However, there are a few carrier's terms exceptions:
