There could be a few reasons why your PayPal payment is not working:
- If you clicked the Pay with PayPal button and nothing happened or you only saw a blank window: You probably have a pop-up blocker installed. This pop-up blocker will prevent PayPal from opening a new payment window. So, all you have to do is temporarily disable it, and the window will open or load normally.
- Your PayPal account has not yet been verified: For security reasons, we currently only accept payments from verified accounts. If you want to verify your account, you can do so here. Please keep in mind that it takes several working days to process, so we recommend using a credit or debit card instead.
- If you can't log in to your PayPal account: Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do. We recommend that you contact PayPal directly; they should be able to assist you very quickly.
- If your payment freezes or cannot be processed by PayPal: We recommend that you try again. However, please make certain that you have not been charged twice. Check first to see if your tickets have been emailed to you. We also recommend that you check your PayPal account to see if the transaction was successful.
